  1. 1 City Council meetings are open to the public for in-person and remote participation in accordance with SB 707. If the City's two-way remote participation becomes disabled, the City Council shall recess for at least one hour, or until service is restored, whichever is earlier. If service is not able to be restored, the City Council may reconvene without remote participation.   2. 2 OPTIONS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
  3. 3 Public comment may be provided by one of the following methods. Each speaker will be given up to three (3) minutes to provide their comment.
  4. 4 IN-PERSON - When public comment is announced, please proceed to the podium one by one.
  5. 5 REMOTE (VIA ZOOM) - When the item you wish to speak to is announced, use the “raise hand” feature.
  6. 6 TELEPHONE - Contact the City Clerk’s office by 3 PM the day of the meeting to provide your contact number. You will be called when the item you wish to speak to is addressed.
  7. 7 WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE - Comments sent to the City Clerk’s office will be distributed to the City Council and imaged into the record of the meeting. Comments submitted after publication of the agenda will be made available in the document archive system as soon as possible - www.claremontca.gov.
