1. A Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1)
2. B This is the time for members of the public to address the legislative body, identified in the agenda heading, on items not listed on the agenda. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The City Council will hear general public comment for an initial time of twenty (20) minutes. Speakers who sign up during the initial 20-minute public comment period but are unable to be heard within that time period will be provided an opportunity to speak following completion of action on all other agenda items. The City Council may not take action on matters raised during this public comment period but

4. D The following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They will be acted upon without discussion, unless removed by a Council Member for discussion. Members of the City Council also sit as the Camarillo Sanitary District, Camarillo Library Board, and Successor Agency boards if those bodies are conducting a meeting as indicated on the agenda heading. The motion to approve the Consent Calendar items applies to all bodies.
