Request for a Minor Scenic Corridor Permit and Oak Tree Permit to construct a 6-foot-high green metal perimeter security fence at Viewpoint School, located at 23620 Mulholland Hwy (2072-003-026). The fence will be installed from the main entrance of the school towards the South entrance of the school. The fence will be installed inside the existing guardrail and placed three feet away from the edge of the asphalt. The school parcel is zoned Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District within the Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone (SC).
