A Consideration of a Special Structures Permit (SSR26-002) to accommodate a new 13,036-square-foot two-story residence on a proposed merged lot containing 2 Queens Court (APN 070-032-130) and 60 Queens Court (APN 070-032-140) . The parcel will be approximately 100,793-square-feet in size and located within the R-1A Zoning District. Atherton Municipal Code (AMC) Section 17.32.040(A) requires that main buildings not exceed 30 feet in height.
