A Request for a Tree Protection Zone Exception (PTPZ26-00003) to accommodate a new two-story residence on a subdivided portion of 97 Placitas Avenue (APN 060-191-140) , which will be an approximately 0.39-acre site within the R-1A zoning district, pending approval and recordation of the Final Parcel Map.
4. B Requests for a Heritage Tree Removal (HTR26-001) for five (5) trees to construct a new residence and Tree Protection Zone Exceptions (PTPZ26-00004) for two (2) trees to accommodate widening of an existing driveway at 76 Melanie Lane (APN 073-181-070)
5. 6 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
