  3. 3 Recommendation : Accept the Treasurer's Report for the Third Quarter Ended March 31, 2026
  4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt a Resolution approving a project list for the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Act of 2017 (SB1) for fiscal year 2026-27.
  5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve an amendment to the task-order with Interwest Consulting Group (Interwest) for construction management and inspection services associated with the Library Children's Garden Project.
  6. 6 Recommendation : Waive the second reading and adopt an ordinance to amend Title 15 of the Atherton Municipal Code to update holidays during which certain construction and construction-related activity is prohibited.
  7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve a professional services agreement with Brightly Software, A Siemens Company, for an asset management system and implementation that will include equipment inventory gathering, equipment inventory, preventive maintenance (PM) schedule creation, and work order management system, in the amount not to exceed eighty-two thousand, five hundred dollars ($82,500 - over a multi-year agreement); Authorize the City Attorney to prepare the agreement; authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.
  8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and provide feedback to staff regarding the Reimagine Dumbarton Study being conducted by SamTrans and advise if a position letter should be prepared and sent by the Mayor.
  9. 9 GILMORE Housing Development SITE Discussion
  10. 10 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review, discuss and provide direction regarding the formation of a City Charter for the Town.
