A Request for a Tree Protection Zone Exception (PTPZ26-00002) to accommodate two small one-story additions as part of a larger remodel and second-story addition to an existing single-family residence on a portion of 29 Lowery Drive (APN 061-252-090). This proposal has been determined to be categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to AMC Section 15.32.100 and CEQA Section 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land).
5. 7 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
