C Recommendation: It is recommended that the Transportation, Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Committee (Committee) receive a presentation on the Active Transportation Plan (ATP) including public outreach, network and policy recommendations; and provide feedback on the proposed bicycle and pedestrian, intersection recommendations, as well as policy and program recommendations.
