3. 3 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Environmental Programs Committee (EPC) discuss how it would like to participate as a committee at the 2026 Earth Day Festival and provide direction on preferred engagement activities, programming ideas, and alignment with the event's main theme
4. 4 Recommendation: It is recommended that the Committee review, discuss and provide feedback on education and engagement activities for the CAP.
