1. 1 Recommendation : Staff recommends Council approve the Bills and Claims for January 2026 in the amount of $2,151,042
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve minutes for January 21 and February 4 and February 11, 2026 meetings.
3. 3 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance and add Chapter 17.57 "Inclusionary Housing" to the Atherton Municipal Code with the purpose of implementing the goals and programs in the certified Atherton 2023-2031 Housing Element
4. 4 Recommendation : Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing a Budget Amendment for the FY 2025/26 Budget
5. 5 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council add Chapter 17.59 "Regulations and Objective Standards for Development Projects Sought Pursuant to Government Code Section 65912.157 (SB 79)" and to amend Chapter 17.60 "Definitions" in the Atherton Municipal Code (AMC) with the purpose of establishing development standards in response to the state-enabled massing and density of Senate Bill 79
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council It is approve a services agreement with Cheat A Little Catering, of Burlingame, to provide event management services at Holbrook-Palmer Park; Direct the City Attorney to prepare the agreement; and Authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached policy establishing procedures for the City Council when there is disruption of telephonic or internet service during a City Council meeting that prevents the public's ability to attend or observe a meeting via two-way remote participation.
8. 8 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council review, discuss, and consider the removal of recently appointed Committee Member Sophia Tang from the Environmental Programs Committee.
