  3. 3 Recommendation : Approve minutes for July 24 and September 3, 2025
  4. 4 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the Council approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Alta Planning in the amount of $50,000 for additional planning and outreach services for the Atherton Active Transportation Plan (Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Update).
  5. 5 Recommendation : The City Council approve a professional services agreement with Freyer & Laureta, Inc. for the design and permit support for El Camino Real Stormwater and Drainage Improvements Project – Phase I, in the amount not to exceed $150,000; Authorize the City Attorney to prepare the agreement; authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.
  6. 6 Recommendation : Staff recommend that the City Council rejects all bids received for the Atherton Library Children's Garden Project, project number 56109, and authorize staff to rebid the project.
  7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council Adopt Resolution 25-XX designating a voting delegate and up to two alternatives to the League of California Cities Annual Conference, October 8 – 10, 2025.
  8. 8 Recommendation : Approve and accept the $225,000 anonymous donation for the continuation of a full-time contract police wellness program coordinator to be shared by the Atherton, East Palo Alto, and Menlo Park Police Departments, and authorize the City Manager to execute a collaborative agreement for the program.
  9. 9 Recommendation : Introduce by title only and waive the first reading of the attached Ordinance adding Chapter 10.06 to the Atherton Municipal Code relating to Speed Limits
  10. 10 Recommendation : Review one application for a vacancy on the Park and Recreation Committee. There is one vacant seat with a term expiration of June 30, 2026.
  11. 11 Recommendation : Adopt Resolutions No. 25-XX and No. 25-YY authorizing the filing of 2025 Measure A and Measure W Highway Program Grant Applications for funding of the El Camino Real/Selby Lane Traffic Safety and Mobility Improvements Project and the Alameda de las Pulgas Traffic and Safety Improvement Project to the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (SMCTA).
  12. 12 Recommendation : Staff recommend that the City Council review the proposed options; provide direction regarding the preferred approach for the Holbrook-Palmer Park Restroom Replacement Project; and approve a services contract for either 1) design and supply for replacement of the playground restroom building, or 2) design services for refurbishment of the existing playground restroom building.
