4. A Consideration of a Tree Protection Zone Exception (PTPZ25-00006) to accommodate the front garage of a new residence at 92 Cebalo Ln (APN 059-172-530) , an approximately 16,186 square foot site within the R-1A zoning district.

B Request for the Heritage Tree Removals (HTR25-007) of (2) two Valley Oak trees (Trees no. 1 and 10) and (1) one Deodar Cedar (Tree no. 6) to accommodate construction of a new single-family dwelling at 285 Camino al Lago (APN 0070-260-240) , an approximately 1.26-acre site within the R-1A zoning district.
