1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve Bill and Claims for May 2025 in the amount of $2,364,599
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve minutes for May 21 and June 4, 2025 meetings.
3. 3 Recommendation : Adopt a Resolution approving a project list for the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Act of 2017 (SB1) for fiscal year 2025-26.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive and file the Earth Day Summary for 2025.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award the construction contract for 2025 Spring Patching and Street Overlay Project, project number 56090 to the lowest responsive bidder, Always Paving, Inc., of Hayward, CA, for $542,058.75 and authorize change orders up to $50,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Town.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award a Professional Services Agreement for Information Technology Services to Infinity Technologies: direct the City Attorney to prepare the Agreement: and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Town.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council authorize a 3-year contract extension with Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. for the continuation of landscape maintenance services related to Town facilities including the Atherton Town Center, Holbrook-Palmer Park and El Camino Real; direct the City Attorney to prepare the extension; authorize the City Manager to execute the extension on behalf of the Town.
8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council accept work and authorize recording of a Notice of Completion for the Lloyden Park Sidewalk Restoration Project, Project Number 56094.
9. 9 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive and file the informational report on the Town of Atherton vacancies, and recruitment and retention efforts pursuant to Government Code Section 3502.3.
10. 10 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt the accompanying Resolutions (adoption of all Resolutions my be done by one motion):
11. 11 It is recommended that the Council review the applicants for the Town Committees and Planning Commission and make appointments to fill vacant positions.
12. 12 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council discuss and consider recommendations from the Charter City Standing Subcommittee and provide direction regarding the possible formation of a city charter.
13. 13 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council discuss the possibility of a Mayoral appointment of a liaison (Primary and Alternate) to the Atherton Disaster and Preparedness Team (ADAPT) Board.
14. 14 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review the staff report and consider adoption of the attached amendment to the Legal Services Agreement between the Town of Atherton and Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard ("City Attorney Contract") addressing paralegal/document clerk rates and reimbursable rates.
15. 15 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review the staff report and consider adoption of the attached amendment to the employment agreement between the Town of Atherton and George Rodericks.
