1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve the Bills and Claims for March 2025 in the amount of $1,553,1333.
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that Council a ccept the Treasurer's Report for the Second Quarter Ended December 31, 2024.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended accept the Treasurer's Report for the Third Quarter Ended March 31, 2025.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing a Budget Amendment for the FY 2024/25 Budget.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that Council approve minutes for March 19, April 2, and April 3, 2025 meetings.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council accept a $180,000 donation for the purchase of three BMW police patrol motorcycles.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Capital Program Management, Inc., in the amount of $55,000 for additional project management services for the Upper Atherton Channel Relining Project.
8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and consider approval of the request from OneShoreline for an operating fund contribution of $25,000 per year for three fiscal years – FY 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28 ($75,000 total).
9. 9 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive a presentation on the El Camino Real Complete Streets Study and select both Concept 1 (Added Sidewalks and Striped Bike Lanes) and Concept 2 (Wider Sidewalks & Buffered/Protected Bike Lanes) as preferred alternatives for further evaluation. Council feedback regarding next step project development and potential grant opportunities is also requested.
