1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve the Bills and Claims for February 2025 in the amount of $1,429,576
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that Council approve minutes for February 19 and March 5, 2025 meetings.
3. 3 Recommendation : Review and accept the 2024 Annual Progress Report (APR) and authorize its transmittal to the California Governors Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the Californian Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) via Council update, pursuant to Section 65400 of the California Government Code.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve for second reading an ordinance that revises the Atherton Municipal Code to comply with the requirements of the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council provide feedback and guidance to staff on the Atherton Arts Foundation's Proposal for Upstairs Main House Art and proposed revisions to the Park Use (facility rental) Agreement to include provisions related to the artwork in the Main House.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and discuss the regulations governing Animal Control in Chapter 6.04 of the Atherton Municipal Code and provide direction regarding modifications.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and discuss policy issues related to emergency preparedness.
