1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve the Bills and Claims for January 2025 in the amount of $2,326,138.
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve minutes for January 15, January 22, and February 5, 2025
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council accept the AB 481 Annual Report, take public comment, and direct staff to post the report pursuant to Government Code 7072
4. 4 Recommendation : Adopt the attached Ordinance amending Chapter 6.04 of the Town of Atherton Municipal Code relating to chickens.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council accept work and authorize recording of a Notice of Completion for the Fair Oaks Lane/Lloyden Drive/Dinkelspiel Lane Intersection Improvement Project, Project Number 56093.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing to adopt revisions to the Atherton General Plan and Municipal Code to comply with the requirements of Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council provide feedback and direction to staff regarding the Atherton Library Children's Garden design and the potential for the Town to provide assistance through construction including management and oversight of the bidding process and construction management and inspection services for the project.
8. 8 Recommendation : Review the applicant for the Planning Commission and consider making an appointment to fill the vacant seat for a term expiring on June 30, 2027.
9. 9 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council approve installation of a "No Left Turn 2pm to 4pm" restriction sign on eastbound Encinal Avenue at the entrance to the Encinal School student drop off and pick up area.
