1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended the Council adopt the attached Urgency Ordinance and introduction and first reading by title only of an Ordinance amending Chapter 6.04 of the Town of Atherton Municipal Code relating to chickens.
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that Council consider the creation of Charter City Committee (either Ad Hoc or Standing); and, if created, approval of a charter for the Committee.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that Council receive and file the Mid-Year Budget Review for the General Fund for FY 2024/25
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and provide feedback and direction to staff regarding prioritization of traffic improvements.
