A ​​​​Consideration of a resolution recommending amendments to the Atherton General Plan and Municipal Code to implement changes to the 2023-2031 Housing Element and Chapter 17 of the Atherton Municipal Code. The proposed changes address comments from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) on the Atherton Housing Element and Zoning Code Updates that were adopted by the City Council on October 16, 2024.
4. 6 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
