1. 1 Recommendation : Approve the Bills and Claims for October 2024 in the amount of $2,499,762.
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve minutes for City Council Meeting from October 16, 2024
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve the 2nd Amendment to the Franchise Agrement between the Town of Atherton and GreenWaste Recovery, LLC.
4. 4 Recommendation : Accept the Treasurer's Report for the First Quarter Ended September 30, 2024.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive the staff report, discuss and provide direction regarding adoption of a Town Charter, to include consideration of appointment of a Standing Subcommittee of the City Council.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council Adopt a resolution "Adopting the Countywide and Town of Atherton Local Roadway Safety Plan and accompanying Vision Zero Goal", and designating "Safety Corridors" in the Town of Atherton.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive an update from the Ad Hoc Council Subcommittee responsible for interior design and displays of the Train Station History Museum and provide feedback and direction, as appropriate.
