1. 1 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and discuss the pending contractual rate adjustment from Greenwaste Recovery for January 2025 and the potential use of the Rate Stabilization Fund or Franchise Fee to offset the increase.
2. 2 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive a presentation on the El Camino Real Complete Streets Study and provide feedback on the assessment of the various cross-sections developed and proposed alternatives for further evaluation.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and provide feedback and direction to staff regarding prioritization of traffic improvements.
