2. 2 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council review and discuss an Ordinance making amendments to Chapter 15.19 of the Atherton Municipal Code to enhance electric-ready requirements for new construction and major alterations, and provide policy direction on outdoor gas appliances currently exempt from these provisions. Staff is seeking Council feedback and direction.
