3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council accept work and authorize recording of a Notice of Completion for the 2024 Spring Patching Project, Number 56086.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council accept work and authorize recording of a Notice of Completion for the 2024 Overlay Project, Number 56098.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt a Resolution Amending Conflict of Interest Code of Non-Elected Officials and Designated employees of the Town of Atherton.
6. 6 Recommendation : Accept the Treasurer's Report for the Fourth Quarter Ended June 30, 2024.
7. 7 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council continue their public hearing that began at their meeting on September 18, 2024 and adopt the following actions that will revise and implement the 2023-2031 Housing Element to comply with State law:
8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve an ongoing pickleball program at Holbrook-Palmer Park.
9. 9 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Alameda del las Pulgas Traffic and Safety Improvements project in the amount of $212,993.60 for the incorporation of the proposed roundabout at the Alameda de las Pulgas / Atherton Avenue intersection as well as related project environmental support.
