5. B Variance request to construct a detached garage within the required front setback area at 123 Hawthorne Drive (APN 061-151-040 / VAR24-00001). This item was continued from the April 24,2024 Planning Commission Meeting.
6. C Consideration of resolutions recommending amendments to the Atherton General Plan and Municipal Code to implement the 2023-2031 Housing Element and Zoning Code Updates. The proposed updates include revisions to the 6th Cycle of the Town of Atherton's Housing Element, a Zoning Ordinance and Map Amendment to implement the policies and programs of the Housing Element, including objective design standards and development standards for multifamily housing (density, height, setbacks and parking, etc.), and adoption of an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
7. 8 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
