1. 1 Recommendation : Approve minutes for April 17, April 29, and May 1, 2024.
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve the Bills and Claims for April 2024 in the amount of $1,935,667.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council authorize the City Manager to execute a cost sharing agreement with City of Menlo Park for pavement repairs and slurry seal of Valparaiso Avenue.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt a Resolution approving a project list for the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Act of 2017 (SB1) for fiscal year 2024-25.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award the construction contract for 2024 Slurry Seal Project, Project Number 56091 to the lowest responsive bidder, American Asphalt Repairs and Resurfacing Company, Inc. of Hayward in the amount of $361,989.75 and authorize change orders up to $35,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Town.
6. 6 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the Council denies the appeal and require Mr. Foster to pay the full amount of costs for the removal of the tree ($6,900).
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award a Professional Services Contract to Probolsky Research for an amount up to $19,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the Contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contract on behalf of the Town.
