Recommendation : Approve minutes for the May 20 and April 3, 2024 City Council Meeting.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award a construction contract for Fair Oaks Lane/Lloyden Dive/Dinkelspiel Station Lane Intersection Improvements Project, project number 56093 to the lowest responsive bidder, Suarez Munoz Construction Inc. for bid schedule A & B (exclude bid alternative A) in the amount of $443,575.00; and authorize change orders up to $45,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Town.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council award the construction contract for 2024 Overlay Project, project number 56089 to the lowest responsive bidder, G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. of San Carlos for $787,787.78 and authorize change orders up to $75,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Town.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council Award the construction contract for the 2024 Spring Patching Project, project number 56086 to the lowest responsive bidder, G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. of San Carlos in the amount of $297,694.86 and authorize change orders up to $25,000; direct the City Attorney to prepare the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Town.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council authorize the City Manager to execute on behalf of the Town an agreement for strategic communications support with Tripepi Smith and Associates, Inc., for a maximum amount of $40,000, for one year.

Recommendation : Review one applicant for one (1) vacant seat on the Transportation, Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Committee for a term expiring June 2026.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council Review and Consider Recommendations from the Train Station Renovation Ad Hoc Subcommittee Regarding Next Steps for the Train Station Museum; and, if appropriate, authorization of a Budget Amendment in the amount of $50,000 in Support of Next Steps.
