1. 1 Approve Committee Minutes for March 6, 2024 Meeting
2. 2 The Committee will have an opportunity to discuss the project including conceptual layouts, playground elements, theme, color and other related features to be considered in the development of concept layouts. The Committee will also have an opportunity to discuss future outreach efforts regarding conceptual designs.
3. 3 The Committee will receive an update on the status of the pickleball trial at Holbrook-Palmer Park, including planned installation of sound baffling material to the court during the month of April. The Committee will have the opportunity to discuss potential measures of success and public input/survey options for consideration during the trial period.
