1. 1 Recommendation : Approve the Bills and Claims for February 2024 in the amount of $1,581,542.
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve minutes for February 21, February 26, and March 6, 2024.
3. 3 Recommendation : Accept the Treasurer's Report for the second Quarter Ended December 31, 2023.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Town Council waive the second reading by substitution of title and adopt an Ordinance ("Ordinance"), amending Chapter 8.28 of the Atherton Municipal Code ("AMC") to make it consistent with state law (Health and Safety Code Section 115920 et seq. and Health and Safety Code Section 116025 et seq.).
5. 5 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council approve for second reading of the ordinance that repeals and replaces Chapter 17.52 "Accessory Dwelling Units" and amends Chapter 17.36 "Public Facilities and Schools District (PFS)" and Chapter 17.60 "Definitions."
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve the Subdivision Improvements Agreement and Final Parcel Map for the three-lot subdivision at 170-178 Atherton Avenue (APN 070-070-110 and 070-070-280).
7. 7 Recommendation : Review and accept the Annual Progress Report (APR) and authorize its transmittal to the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) pursuant to Section 65400 of the California Government Code.
