Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve a professional Services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $456,984.10 for professional engineering and environmental support services necessary to design Alameda de las Pulgas Traffic and Safety Improvements Project; direct the City Attorney to prepare the agreement; and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council accept the AB 481 Annual Report, take public comment, and direct staff to post the report pursuant to Government Code 7072.

Recommendation : It is recommended that the Town Council introduce by title only and waive the first reading of an Ordinance ("Ordinance"), amending Chapter 8.28 of the Atherton Municipal Code ("AMC") to make it consistent with state law (Health and Safety Code Section 115920 et seq. and Health and Safety Code Section 116025 et seq.).
