1. 1 Recommendation : Approve the Bills and Claims for January 2024 in the amount of $ 1,283,765
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve minutes for January 17 and February 7, 2024, City Council meetings.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve a professional Services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $456,984.10 for professional engineering and environmental support services necessary to design Alameda de las Pulgas Traffic and Safety Improvements Project; direct the City Attorney to prepare the agreement; and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.
4. 4 Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council accept the AB 481 Annual Report, take public comment, and direct staff to post the report pursuant to Government Code 7072.
5. 5 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached Resolution authorizing a Budget Amendment for the FY 2023/24 Budget.
6. 6 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review and authorize release of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of event management services at Holbrook-Palmer Park.
7. 7 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Town Council introduce by title only and waive the first reading of an Ordinance ("Ordinance"), amending Chapter 8.28 of the Atherton Municipal Code ("AMC") to make it consistent with state law (Health and Safety Code Section 115920 et seq. and Health and Safety Code Section 116025 et seq.).
8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council;
9. 9 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council maintain the current standards pertaining to the Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) for R-1A and R-1B in the "Heritage Tree Preservation Standards and Specifications" ("Guidelines").
10. 10 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a public hearing to review the first reading of the ordinance that repeals and replaces Chapter 17.52 “Accessory Dwelling Units” and amends Chapter 17.36 “Public Facilities and Schools District (PFS)” and Chapter 17.60 “Definitions.”
11. 11 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council approve the project plans and authorize bid solicitation for the Fair Oaks Lane/Lloyden Drive/Dinkelspiel Station Lane Intersection Improvements Project, Project Number 56093.
12. 12 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council discuss and decide if the Town should allocate $300,000 to install EV Charging Infrastructure at Holbrook-Palmer Park through Peninsula Clean Energy's EV Ready Program
