1. 1 Recommendation : Approve the Bills and Claims for December 2023 in the amount of $ 2,157,727
2. 2 Recommendation : Approve minutes for December 20, 2023 and January 10, 2024, City Council meetings.
3. 3 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council receive and file the Mayor's City Council Committee Assignments and concur with the assignment to the Refuse Services Standing Subcommittee.
4. 4 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council waive the second reading by substitution of title and adopt an Ordinance repealing and replacing Chapter 6.04 (Animal Control) of Title 6 of the Atherton Municipal Code) to clarify existing definitions, enact additional requirements for animal control, and revise the fees for animal control services.
5. 5 Recommendation : Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the destruction of certain records pursuant to Government Code Section 34090.
6. 6 Recommendation : Review and discussion on the Town's User Master Fee Schedule; and, if appropriate, provide direction for specific adjustments and adopt resolution 24-XX approving an amended Town Master Fee Schedule.
7. 7 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a public hearing to review the first reading of the ordinance that repeals and replaces Chapter 17.52 "Accessory Dwelling Units" and amends Chapter 17.36 "Public Facilities and Schools District (PFS)" and Chapter 17.60 "Definitions."
8. 8 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council consider various options in support of energy reach codes and provide feedback and direction to staff for the next steps.
9. 9 Recommendation : It is recommended that the Council review, provide comment, and approve the 2024 Earth Day Event Work Plan and Budget as recommended by the Environmental Programs Committee (EPC).
