- 3-A PLN24-0067 - Administrative Use Permit - 2694 Blanding Avenue (1906 Broadway - APN: 70-196-43) - Applicant: Malyka Chop. Public hearing to consider an administrative use permit to allow a daycare center in an existing commercial building. A portion of the existing parking lot will be converted to a fenced outdoor play area to support the use.
