1. 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) to discuss or consult with the public body attorneys for legal advice and to consider the public body's position (and instruct its attorneys) regarding (a) settlement discussions conducted in an EEOC mediation to avoid litigation, and (b) possible litigation over proposed gravel mines.
