6. 10 Consideration and discussion of comments from the public time limit for individual comments is 5 minutes. Those wishing to address the Library Board of Trustees need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
7. 13 Any public appearance may be inserted in the appropriate order of the agenda. Such public appearances must first be requested in writing to the President in order to be included in the Open Meeting public notice at least 24 hours before the meeting is scheduled.
