  8. 4-a* BOA24-00055 - “Native Health" (District 4). 777 West Southern Avenue. Located west of Country Club Drive on the south side of Southern Avenue. Requesting a Substantial Conformance Improvement Permit (SCIP) to allow deviations from certain development standards within the Limited Commercial (LC) District. Staff Planner: Chloe Durfee Daniel Recommendation: Approval with Conditions ADJ 24025
  9. 4-b* BOA24-00057 - "Feldman Garage Addition" (District 2). 735 South Penrose Circle. Located south of Broadway Road and east of Greenfield Road. Requesting a Special Use Permit for the expansion of a non-conforming structure within the Single Residence 6 with a Planned Area Development overlay (RS-6-PAD) done. Staff Planner: Joshua Grandlienard Recommendation: Approval with Conditions ADJ 24026
  10. 4-c* BOA24-00133 - "SUP 2024" (District 4). 922 South Country Club Drive. Located north of Southern Avenue on the west side of Country Club Drive. Requesting a Special Use Permit (SUP) to exceed the annual number of special events allowed in the General Commercial with a Planned Area Development overlay (GC-PAD) district.
