10. 4-b A resolution approving the feasibility report for acquiring and financing certain improvements benefiting the District; declaring that certain improvements in the feasibility report may be financed using proceeds from bonds previously issued by the District; and stating no additional general obligation bonds will be issued in connection herewith. 24-0640
