- 4-b Diamond Don’s Legendary Steaks and Spirits A restaurant that serves lunch and dinner is requesting a new Series 12 Restaurant License for Diamond Don’s LLC, 42 South Macdonald Suite 101 - Amy Suzanne Nations, agent. There is no existing license at this location. (District 4)
- 4-c Sa Dec Bistro A restaurant that serves lunch and dinner is requesting a new Series 12 Restaurant License for Sa Dec Bistro 1 LLC, 5221 South Power Road Suite 104-105 - Theresa June Morse, agent. The existing license held by Red 99 LLC will revert to the State. (District 6)

- 5 Take action on the following resolutions:
- 5-a Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Dr. Ralph & Marilyn Wilson to accept a monetary contribution for the idea Museum, with the benefit of naming rights of the idea Museum art studio. The contribution will be used towards the idea Museum’s renovations and improved community experiences. (Citywide) Resolution No. 12331
- 5-b Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Gila River Indian Community to accept a monetary contribution of $500,000 for the idea Museum with the benefit of naming rights of the Imagination Gallery as “Gila River Indian Community Imagination Gallery.” This contribution will be used towards the idea Museum’s renovations and improved community experiences. - 5-c Extinguishing a 1-foot controlled vehicular access easement and three drainage easements, located at 7035 East Pecos Road, for property development, requested by the property owner. (District 6) Resolution No. 12333

- 6-a ANX25-00089 - Annexation of 3.3± acres of County right-of-way along South 222nd Street from East Pecos Road extending north approximately 2,200 feet into City, which transfers this right-of-way to the City. (District 6) Ordinance No. 5934
- 7 Take action on the following subdivision plat:
