Executive Session A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A): 1) Discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property. (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(7)). 1.1) Discuss and instruct City representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of a parcel of real property located in Lake Havasu City. 2) Discussion or consultation for legal advice with an attorney for the City, if necessary (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(3)). 2.1) Discuss or consult for legal advice with an attorney for the City regarding negotiations for the purchase of a parcel of real property located in Lake Havasu City. Any records or documents distributed to the City Council or any conversations occurring during executive session shall be kept confidential. Legal action involving a final vote or decision shall not be taken at an executive session.
