  2. 2 In accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the public will have physical access to the meeting place fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start time as noticed on the meeting agenda. Lake Havasu City endeavors to ensure the accessibility of all of its programs, facilities, and services to all persons with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
