- 2 In accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the public will have physical access to the meeting place fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start time as noticed on the meeting agenda. The City Council may vote to hold an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the City’s attorney on any matter listed on the agenda under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).
