  4. 3 Staff Present: City Manager Julie Arendall, City Attorney Roric Massey and City Clerk Darcie McCracken
  5. 1. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)(4): Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney and to consider the City's position and instruct the City Attorney regarding the One Arizona Opioid Settlement Memorandum of Understanding.
  6. 2. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)(4): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney and City Manager to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding City's position in connection with contractual negotiations associated with economic development opportunities.
