Presentation, discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 24-26 authorizing the city to enter into Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Amendment No. 1 with Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for additional state funds to cover the increased construction costs in the amount of $96,000 for street light improvements on Apache Trail between Palo Verde Drive and SR88, and on Superstition Boulevard between Meridian Drive and SR88.
