- 1. Presentation and discussion of Resolution No. 24-33 authorizing the city to submit an application for a loan from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona and declaring the city's intentions to reimburse certain expenditures related to the project from loan proceeds or other source of financing.
- 2. Presentation and discussion of Resolution No. 24-35 authorizing the City of Apache Junction to enter into an intergovernmental agreement for technology and related services with the City of Mesa.
- 3. Presentation and discussion of Resolution No. 24-36 retroactively approving submission of projects totaling $84,801.00, for grant funded Arizona 2025 Highway Safety Plan.
- 4. Interviews of applicants for annual appointments and reappointments for the City of Apache Junction Boards and Commissions. Appointments will be made Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
- 5. Presentation and discussion with representatives from SWABACK Architects & Planners related to the Concentrated Downtown Master Plan Update and introduction of Resolution No. 24-30 adopting those findings and recommendations.
- 6. Presentation and discussion of case P-24-23-PZ, for a proposed rezoning of parcel 101-02-0780, located near the southwest corner of Ironwood Dr. and Superstition Blvd., from the currently split zoned General Commercial (“B-1”) and Medium Density Single-Family Detached Residential (“RS-20M”) to General Commercial (“B-1”) to facilitate the construction of a 4,000 square foot construction office and a 9,600 square foot warehouse, requested by Richard Clutter of Emc2 Group Architects, representing CGP Maintenance and Construction.

Presentation and discussion of Case P-24-70-AM, a proposed text amendment of the Apache Junction City Code Vol. I, Chapter 9: Health & Sanitation, Article 9-1: Property Maintenance Standards, § 9-1-4 Enforcement and Abatement, and City Code Vol. II, Land Development Code, Chapter 1: Zoning Ordinance, Article 1-16: Administration, § 1-16-16 Violations, Penalties and Enforcement to amend the zoning violation penalty fees and the property maintenance penalty fees.
- 8. Presentation and discussion on the .2% sales tax dedicated to fund roadway maintenance and repairs, and the .2% sales tax for public safety.
- 9. Presentation and discussion on political signage on and near the Focal Point.
